Kate joined Elrha in 2019, and supports the HIF Portfolio Manager in the operational delivery of the programme and the management of the HIF’s portfolio of grants.

Before joining Elrha, Kate previously worked in operations for the Global Alliance for Humanitarian Innovation (GAHI). Prior to this she supported operations at a UNOPS hosted project based in Geneva.

With her background in supporting operations for projects focused on innovation in the humanitarian sector, Kate is passionate about using innovation to improve humanitarian effectiveness and outcomes.
