Shaping the future: Our strategy for research and innovation in humanitarian response.
We welcome the Lancet’s focus on health in the context of war and conflict through the Lancet-American University of Beirut Commission on Syria.
The Commission has issued a call for papers with multiple objectives: to strengthen the evidence base for the inquiry of the Commission, shed light on important issues related o health and the Syria conflict, and provide a platform to increase visibility of important work on the conflict.
Accepted manuscripts will be published in several issues across Lancet titles between September and October 2017.
Submissions should be received by 16 July 2017.
