Fiona joined Elrha as Interim CEO in 2024 and is responsible for working closely with our Board and leadership to ensure we continue to deliver impactful humanitarian action.

With 30 years of experience in leadership, team development, and humanitarian operations, Fiona specialises in guiding organisations and individuals through transformational change, focusing on well-being and resilience. Before joining Elrha, she held senior roles, including Director of Humanitarian Operations at Save the Children, where she led teams in crisis settings such as Afghanistan and Yemen.

As an accredited coach and mediator, Fiona is passionate about helping individuals and teams perform at their best. She also advises several international organisations, leveraging her global expertise in leadership, strategy, and conflict resolution.
