Genevieve (Genny) Kiff

Genny is an experienced CFO with expertise in transforming  finance functions and financial management information. She is currently a Senior Change Manager at Oxford University and Senior advisor for Good Financial Grant Practice (GFGP) for the Science for Africa Foundation.

Previously she was the CFO for Oxford University Clinical Research based in Vietnam charged with transforming its finance function.  Prior to this role, Genny worked for the Wellcome in a number of roles; from 2015 to 2018 she was CFO for the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute with the aim of transforming the finance function. She held a number of roles with responsibilities including delivering financial planning and reporting to the Boards, business partnering and capacity building for new legal entities and initiatives both in the UK, Africa and internationally.

Genny has also served as a Director on the boards and audit committees of investment, biotech and charitable organisations.  She is a trained accountant and qualified with EY.  Prior to this she was a research scientist based in London UK.
