Jalal is an integral member of our Humanitarian Innovation Fund (HIF) team, serving as a skilled Programme Officer since 2022. He excels in coordinating a diverse portfolio of innovation grants, ensuring optimal operational delivery of programme and innovation management activities.

With over ten years of experience in grant-making, commissioning, and project management, Jalal has gained invaluable expertise in economic development, education, freedom of the media, advocacy, human rights, gender, disability, and socio-economic development. His unique set of skills and knowledge allows him to efficiently navigate complex humanitarian and development challenges, delivering impactful results for our organization.
