Rahellah Haidari

Our purpose is clear: we work in partnership with a global community of humanitarian actors, researchers and innovators to improve the quality of humanitarian action and deliver better outcomes for people affected by crises.

Rahellah joined Elrha in August 2022 as HR Operations Officer. Her role works closely with all the teams to ensure staff receive high quality and professional service across a wide remit of HR and operational activities. She is also responsible for employee engagement, recruitment and performance management.

Previously, Rahellah has worked as a HR Partner for Amazon and has wide range of experiences in Events and Projects management as well as Digital Communications. She also has a master’s degree in Human Rights and Political Science from the University of Manchester and has placed her first step into the humanitarian sector.

Given her passion for people and human rights, Rahellah has an interest in building a collaborative and positive working environment to bring people together and create the space for positive change.
