Stuart joined Elrha in 2017 and is responsible for the strategic management of Elrha’s financial resources, the financial aspects of donor and grant management, and mitigating financial risks.

Before joining Elrha, Stuart ran financial reporting teams at international NGOs such as VSO and Amnesty International. He brings over 10 years of extensive and varied finance experience from other sectors, with past roles at housing association RHP, financial services outsourcer Capita Asset Services, and large-scale engineering consultancy Black & Veatch.

He is a qualified Management Accountant (CIMA) and holds a degree in Mathematics from Imperial College, London.
